Obstetrician, Gynecologist and Laparoscopic Surgeon Dr Mark Ruff turned to Total Medical Design to launch his new business to the northern beaches of Sydney.

“Most of our business is generated by word-of-mouth but new patients like to check our website first before calling,” said Practice Manager, Seiko Ruff. “The design, navigation and words used on the website wonderfully reinforce how credible and trustworthy our practice is so our female patients can feel assured before they call.”

“Part of our approach has been to focus on Japanese women because Mark and I can both speak Japanese,” said Practice Manager, Seiko Ruff. “It was an easy process for Total Medical Design to have the website switch between English and Japanese.”

  • Pretty seemless process.
  • Logo is great. Interesting when Jeremy presented the logo. Went through a couple of more. Went to the first one.
  • Bring a lot of attention to discuss the logo. Is it a baby inside in mum. Molar pregnancy. Still obviously.
  • It does what it needs to do. We’ve tweaked it ourselves Mark does himself.
  • Our not generated through word of mouth. Then look us up get more information. Credibility. Before call up. Sneak peak. He looks alright.
  • Market both Australian and Japanese. But shifted our business base from north shore to northern beaches.

  • Not too much fuss. Communication was good. Nothing annoying happens. As frustrating as getting up by due dates or hiccups. Communication was good. I think we’ve referred a few of our upcoming services for quotes. Us referring after job being with services. Happy.
