What I Do
From your initial enquiry to post-launch support and everything in between, I am there to help. I can provide insights and helpful guidance when needed. I make it my mission to clearly understand your requirements and communicate these to the broader team.

Each step of the way I will guide you and your staff. I will be your first point of contact and ensure that you are completely happy and understand the design and development process from start to finish.

What I love about my role
I love helping medical businesses to communicate the benefits of their services to their audience. Throughout the process, I help by translating complex projects into clear and easy to understand processes that can be followed by our tight-knit team.

A big part of what I love about this role is getting to know clients on a long term basis, both as people and professional colleagues. I enjoy the process of supporting and nurturing these relationships over the years and feeling satisfaction of seeing people’s businesses flourish. I enjoy building relationships with people in all aspects of the business and making them feel comfortable and their ideas and insights heard: specialists, clinicians, office managers and administrators.

My Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, going for a dip in Kingscliff creek, and riding one of the many bike paths on the Northern Rivers. I also enjoy coaching my son’s soccer team and ‘trying’ to play in an over 35’s league. When the borders reopen, I enjoy travelling to my favourite destinations: Korcula and Hvar in Croatia, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Koh Lipe (Thailand).

What I Do
As Creative Director of Total Medical Design, I oversee all of Total Medical Design’s branding and design production. I ensure that the end result is consistently outstanding for each project.

I can transform your brand’s visual storytelling from stale to striking and memorable. Whether you are after print or digital branding needs, a new visual identity and brand kit, support and advice on visual storytelling or a new advertising campaign, I can help. Throughout the entire process, l will regularly check-in with you and ensure that you understand the process and are happy to progress further until the designs are signed off.

What I love about my role
I really love getting to know my clients. Connecting with people and building relationships is an important part of creative projects. Another aspect of my role is coming up with vibrant and unique ideas that will resonate with audiences. It’s challenging, exhilarating and rewarding work – what’s not to love?

Personal Interests
I’m normally found with a coffee in hand and on the weekends you can normally find me scoping out vinyl records for my ever-expanding record collection. I have lived and travelled extensively throughout Europe and South America and enjoy learning about other cultures. I love spending time with my family and friends, surfing poorly and cooking up a storm on the BBQ.

As the internet took off, I worked in large IT Corporates running their marketing initiatives, before setting up and then selling my own ecommerce business, and then returning to Australia to further my knowledge in a successful digital marketing agency.

What I love about my role
I love using my decades of skills and experience in digital marketing to help other small businesses to cut through the marketing “babble” and find the clients they want to work with.

My Interests
Outside of work I enjoy home renovating with vintage finds, catching up with friends over dinner and a drink as well as travelling.

What I Do
I take words and arrange them into sentences that engage, inform, reassure, educate, persuade, or whatever else you need these words to do. As a clinician, I’m well aware of the importance of good communication with your patients and other healthcare practitioners. A picture may paint a thousand words but if your patients/customers can’t make head or tail of the picture, it’s better to use the words!

What I Love About My Role
My favourite part of writing in the medical field is taking a topic that may be completely foreign to me, deep diving into the research, and crafting an authoritative, compelling, and accurate piece of work. I also just love putting together a page of words that reads smoothly, where your patients or customers feel a sense of confidence about your business and your expertise from the way I’ve represented you through the copy. 

My Personal Interests
Outside of work, I spend most of my time running after two very active little boys. Whenever I catch a moment to myself, I enjoy reading thriller novels, playing futsal, and trying out new restaurants and cafes with my husband or friends.

What I Do
I actively participate in the quoting process for each project. Once the project design is finalised, I undertake all development work along with my team and ensure that the results meet your expectations and requirements.

I am the point of contact for all technical requirements. I can guide you through the technical parts of the project and explain how we will achieve your requirements.

What I love about my role
It’s immensely gratifying to see the results of my work and to see the joy this gives to clients. My main focus is on delivering fantastic value in terms of my insights and the end result. The creative and technical process of coding and creating easy-to-use features that meet and exceed user expectations – these are the reasons I became a developer in the first place.

Personal Interests
I enjoy spending quality time with uplifting and optimistic people. I get a lot of energy from being in natural environments like the beach and also from playing with my kids. I adore seasonal flowers and enjoy putting time into my garden and seeing it thrive.

Personal Interests
During the lockdown, I developed a love for gardening. I enjoy spending time in nature, going to the beach, riding my bike, going for walks, and keeping fit with yoga and spin classes. I can’t wait until I can travel again – in the past my family and I have travelled to Europe and I relish the opportunity to explore new places and have new experiences.
